We had the Boen’s design and build our lake home during 2006/2007 season.
We can not say enough about the level of service, the attention to detail and
the quality of the construction of our home.

Starting with the architectural process, the close, seamless communication
and focus on getting everything ‘just right’ began from our first meeting and carried on
throughout the entire project. We have a wonderful floor plan that is just perfect for
our family of 6 adults.

The construction phase was again a very pleasant experience. The workers were
well presented and extremely likeable. They worked hard and when we visited the site,
found time to have a beer after the hard days work. We enjoyed these moments, reviewing
the days accomplishments and seeing the great progress being made.

The construction quality is unparalleled and rock solid.
We consider our home ‘overbuilt’ to take on the ravages of North Shore storms and winters.
The house does not leak, vibrate or rattle during the fierce November storms.
It is efficient both in use and energy use.  We honestly have no complaints or would wish to do
one thing different after living in our home since it was built.

Also, the job site was clean and well kept, very important for close neighbors.
